Important Disclosures and Timelines
- New ad orders need to be received by the 15th of the month
- Payment is due at the time you place an order for an ad. (no graphics will be created until full payment is received)
- Once design is started there are NO REFUNDS
- Once payment is received, we generally have an ad proof to you for review in 2-4 business days.
- Once proof is provided you can request up to two edits.
- We ask that you respond within 2 business days with any edits, if we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are satisfied with the design, and it will be published as created.
- The design we provide to you is yours to use as you see fit (website, social media, other publications, etc.)
- You are responsible for any COPYRIGHT of the images you provide.

If you book an ad subscription on our inside pages you can generally expect your ad to move between 5 and 10 pages each month that your ad runs. We do not offer any guarantees of ad placement on our inside pages. Placement is determined on space available and the number of advertisers we have for any given month.
