This contract serves as a record of our verbal agreement (form completed by sales agent) or your digital request for advertising services (form completed by small business member) to be performed by the Peddler's Post. If you are unable to complete the scheduled advertising plan listed above, you must provide a minimum of a 30-day notice to avoid future charges.  All payments are non-refundable and will be required prior to your ad design/ marketing services begin. Please note any balance that goes unpaid for more than 90 days may be sent to collections. Both parties acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that this verbal agreement is binding. You will be sent a copy of this agreement for your records.
